Services
Vital Force EMS provides personalized Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training and coaching services. All sessions are delivered on a one-on-one basis and require prior consultation, health screening, and informed consent before participation.
Health & Eligibility
Participation in EMS training is not suitable for everyone. Clients are required to disclose relevant medical history and complete a health screening prior to beginning training. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program if you have medical concerns or underlying health conditions.
Membership & Booking
Memberships are limited in number to maintain a high standard of personalized coaching. Sessions are scheduled directly with Vital Force EMS; no third-party booking platform is used. Membership availability is not guaranteed and openings are offered as capacity allows.
Cancellations
If a membership is canceled, that opening will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Future availability cannot be guaranteed.
